Our booking policy ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, guaranteeing a seamless and personalized experience. By requiring a 100% refundable deposit, we aim to uphold the commitment to your scheduled service. We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate other clients and allow for efficient scheduling adjustments. Any cancelations after 24hrs of appointment forfeit 100% of the required deposit.


Additionally, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note that in the event your technician runs behind schedule due to a client appointment before yours, we will extend a 15 min grace period to ensure you receive your full service time.  


Appointments will be canceled WITHOUT refund if clients arrive later than the 15 min grace period.

Please not policy applies to clients using gift cards and Groupon. Purchased gift card/ Groupon will be redeemed as payment
