BOOKING POLICY

Booking with The Glow Doctor Lab means you agree to the following:

  • All clients are required to pay 100% refundable deposit and understand that if canceled at least 24 hrs in advance you will be refunded 100%.

  • If client fails to call or text (202)567-8978 to cancel reservation their will be no refund. If client calls or text after 24 hrs but no less than 2 hrs before appointment, client can receive 50 % refund and will need another full payment for re-booking.

  • All clients agree to contact their Esthetician as soon as they can for any changes to the service.

  • Clients that show after 15 mins without calling will be consider a no call no show and WILL NOT be refunded.

  • All clients agree to communicate via email or text if they are running late and will be given the remaining time of service. Full payment is still required.

  • Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates and groupons. Purchased Groupon will be used as payment.  Gift card will be charged for full service amount and any remainder will remain on gift card.

  • Glow Getter Members that schedule their monthly service and do not call to cancel or reschedule no less than 2 hrs  in advance will be using their monthly service and will have to schedule again outside of their Glow Getter Membership and will require full payment. You can receive 10 % off new reservation as included in your membership.
